1. Exchange Policy

  • Exchange Request: You may request an exchange within 3 days of order delivery.

    • The product must be returned with its original tags.
    • The product must be unused and in its original condition.
    • The product will be inspected upon return.
    • Rs.100 will be deducted per product for exchange.
    • The remaining amount will be credited to your store login account in the form of Store credits, which can be used to purchase another product of your choice on www.oyedhakkan.com.com

    2. Refund Policy

    • We do not offer refunds. All returns will be processed as store credits for future purchases.

    3. Cancellation Policy
