Order Cancellation

• Orders can be cancelled within 6 hours of placing the order.

• Cancellation is not permitted once the order is processed or shipped.

Refund Policy

Refunds will be issued in the following cases:

• Damaged product received

• Incorrect product delivered

• Missing product in package

Conditions:

• Issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

• Unboxing video and clear images are required.

Refund Timeline:

• Refund will be processed within 5–7 business days after approval.

• Refund will be credited to the original mode of payment only.

Non-refundable cases:

• Incorrect size selection by customer

• Minor color variations

• Change of mind
