Shipping Information

• Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

• Delivery timeline: 4–7 business days depending on location.

• Shipping charges:

  • ₹50 for prepaid orders.

  • Free shipping on prepaid orders above ₹999.

  • ₹100 for COD orders.

We currently ship only within India.

Tracking details will be shared via SMS/email upon dispatch.

Exchange Policy

Exchange is allowed only for:

• Size mismatch (Apparel only)

• Manufacturing defects

Conditions:

• Exchange request must be raised within 48 hours.

• Product must be unused, unwashed, and with original packaging.

• Reverse pickup subject to serviceability.

Mobile cases and accessories are non-exchangeable unless defective.

Exchange is subject to stock availability.
